Does anyone know what a Trek Madone 5.2 weights???? |
its a full carbon road bike. The Madone weighes in at around 17lbs. The Wheels are Bontrager Race Lite and Tires are also Bontrager Race X Lite it's mostly Shimano Ultegra Components with the exception of the rear derailleur being a Shimano Dura-Ace. The Shifters on the 2007 models are Shimano Ultegra STI, 10 speeds and come with a Shimano Ultegra, 12-25, cassette, even the saddle and seat post are carbon to save weight. You can find out more info at http://www2.trekbikes.com/ ive held the 5.3 in my hands before. i would gouess its around 15lbs- heavenly. the 5.2 should be very close to that it's about 16 or 17 pounds...If you want to buy a road bike , i'd recomend you the RIdley excalibur... it wheights less, and it;s cheaper. ridleybikes.com |
