Is it wise to upgrade from a 39 to a 46 tooth sprocket for BMX racing?


I am looking to replace my stock 39 tooth sprocket with a 46t on my DK Fury because I keep maxing out in the corners. I am used to the extra effort, because I ride my road bike 100mi/ week.

Any ideas?

You will accelerate slower but your top end speed will be higher.
