i was riding my road bike in the street and after a bump my sheel just kinda cranked from one place; any idea about how to fix it?
Carbon fiber is one of those things that once it cracks, its structurally damaged and has millions of microcracks through it. As much as it sucks, I would take it into your local shop and try to replace it, rather than riding on it and risking a larger break which could damage more of your bike. alas, no. carbn fiber has to be replaced once it's damaged. structural integrity is impacted. i feel for riders with expensive bikes that crash. generally, they have to be replaced because carbon fiber (once damaged / cracked / stredd fractured) can fail without warning.
good luck.
