They think they're cars ,but they don't have bumpers or a license. Therefore they souldn't be in a CAR lane. I made 1$ yelling ,''Get off the road!!!'', to one of those guys.
great question, they should go opposite like runners do It depends on the city. In certain downtown areas or special commercial zones (Skyscraper Zones in St. Louis, for example), the sidewalks are so crowded with pedestrians, that bikers must use the roads by law. Lansing, Michigan's downtown is a specific example of such an area, though because of its traffic layout it is not enforced regularly. Bikers have proper turn signals and should follow the 'rules of the road' just like a car. Actually, bikes are legally supposed to be on the road, not the sidewalk. However, they are supposed to ride against traffic. Be nice to us. We're minding our own business.
