What I need to do for my BIKE NOC in Bangalore? |
As I am working in bangalore so its not possible to go and brieng NOC from UP ... I am ready to pay all taxes ... how much road tax I have to pay ... yep i think so maybe not but why it could be so ask them or somebody that knows something about that situation. FOR DETAILS CONTACT KARNATAKA MOTOR VEHICLES DEPT'S OFFICE. I work in Hyderabad and have a delhi registration bike. after lot of R&D i did for myself here is a solution for you:- 1. Under section 47 of Central Transportation Act, any vehicle running in a state with a registration number of an outside state does not require a NOC and does not have to pay any road tax for a period of 12 months from the date transportation. But you need to furnsih the transportation recipt. 2. After 12 months, you have to get a NOC from the UP authority only, the Bangalore authority cannot give NOC. however, you are not required to take the vehicle to the UP authority it is done on papers only. you can request your freinds/ family to help you out on that. 3. After you get NOC, you have to change the registration number and have to pay road tax within 3 months of issue of NOC |
