I want to make my dirt bike road legal. I am going to purchase new tires, a dual-sport kit, and a spedometer. What else is required by law in Pennsylvania? Ive googled it, yahooed it, ive done it all and the internet is very unreliable. Any help is greatly appreciated
Turn signals,headlights,maybe a horn, and maybe a quiter exhaust and mirrors.
In California, you'd have to get it inspected by the CHP to check for stolen parts, by an "authorized repair facility" to see if the horn and lights really work, and by the DMV for some b-... er, trumped up reason. I don't know who checks on the CA emissions controls. *shrug* Your state may vary.
