I'm really confused?



I'm 14 years old and this morning I had a stomach ache I sort of felt nauseous but not really, than I got on my bike and road to swim practice. I started to feel better and once I started swimming I felt great. I'm fine now and I was just curious why did excersise make me feel better

Exercise releases endorphins in the brain, they're a chemical that makes you feel good, and it usually makes pains go away like headaches or cramps.
maybe your stomach ache just went away by itself, and you just happened to be swimming.
it was just something you ate.
It happens to me all the time. I don't know why. Exercise is always great for the body.
Because you weren't ill, and exercise does make all of us feel better..
is it your time of the month? extercise always makes you feel better then.
how early did you wake up? I actually feel nauseous if I wake up to early in the morning
