Which pedals should I get?

I'm looking at getting new pedals for my bike. I mostly ride my bike on the road, but I do go off road every week or so.

The first pedal, an off road pedal that can still be used with non-cleated shoes. I'm thinking I'm gonna get these, but they are heavier than the other pedal and I'm not sure I need all the off road ability, The second pedal is a BMX pedal, pretty close to what I have now. It doesn't have quite the grip of the first one, but it's lighter.

Which one should I get?

unless your doing tricks when you go off road use the clipless. Honestly, I don't think weight is too huge of an issue.

Get the SPD pedals. In fact look into the PD-M540. Mine came with clip in platforms for when I don't want to wear cycle specific shoes!
