How do I confront my neighbor about them dumping leaves in my yard? |
-Neighbor has kids that spit their gum in my drive way, leave their bikes out in the road, and continuously ride out behide my car while parents watch. -I have confronted them about above. -I am a wussy about this situation. -I have a very bad- but controlled temper. I would like to get revenge, but that is absolutely wrong, bad kharma, etc. You have to do something - and FAST!! If you continue the wuss routine, next thing you know they'll be parking in your driveway and pitching a tent in your back yard. If the parents watch this activity and do nothing, it's their fault. What happened, both you and them, when you confronted them? Screw Kharma - it's your house. How can you be at peace in your own home? Absolutely run over the bikes, but not the kids. "I didn't see it Officer." THEY are trespassing. Dumping the leaves also involves trespassing and probably a number of City/Town regulations (with fines attached.) Write them a letter outlining ALL their transgressions - better if it comes from a lawyer. Ask them politely to kindly desist from these activities. Show copies going to the City/Town and Police/Sheriff. Have a friend call CPS hotline from a payphone not close to either of your homes. (This information is not as secret as 'they'd' have you believe.) Send their letter certified AND by regular mail. Note same on the letter. Keep COPIES. Good luck - but you've already tried being a good neighbor and they're laughing at you. be a wussy about it...and let the police take the action. I would tell your neighbors that if the problem happens again you're going to call the police...and when it does, call them. You don't need to live next door to ignorant people and just take it. If what they are doing is in violation of your property rights then you are justified in making the civil authorities make them comply! Don't be scurred lol sound like they need parenting skills. call CPS and let them know that your nieghbors kids are in danger of getting hit by a car and the parents do noting but sit on their fat asses and watch. Don't think about the bad karma... I would contact the police about them riding their bikes in traffic. There is a significant risk of an accident. maybe Kharma is using you as a vessel to punuish your neighbors for their wrongdoings, gum is excellent to put in key lock holes, have a friend with a huge SUV to drive over the bikes (accidentally, of course), and bag up the leaves and distribute them in your neighbor's cars God helps those who help themselves Yeah let them cops take care of it. If they won't stop do it the hard way. -Dump their leaves back to their yard -Spit gum to their drive way. -Block their drive way -If u have kids, make them leave their bikes infront of their house. When they get real pissed, whoop their sorry-azzes for more dumping, spitting, blocking and leaving! me |
