Your childhood accidents? |
tell me about them > stitches, broken bones, whatever... i've never borken a bone in my body, i got stitches twice in the same spot - on my chin - once falling out of the car door and slammed my chin into the road, the other i was hanging onto a basketball ring and these other guys were pulling me (so we could pull the ring around the right way) and yes i let go and fell on my chin ( it was an outdoor court so pretty much a road surface). another time i grazed my knee and the part where your foot and leg meet. my neighbour was riding his bike in front of me and our wheels got caught and i dragged my knee/leg along the road for a coupla good seconds. those are the main ones i remember i did a rooly poly on carpet and the pins that held the carpet on the floor was sticking up and i sliced my knee open..... very big cut i also have stuffed my knee's 4 times rolled my anckel twice,snapped my acheles heal..... lol...and i was once playing chasey and i ran into a tree,that was embarising I used to ride a bicycle without a helmet or any kind of protection, my mom didn't care. I used to have a lot of accidents. I can't even count them lol. I was hit in the head right about the right eye with an alumin baseball bat as we were playing softball-I was in fourth grade-nearly knocked me out!! Had to fight to stay awake. Then there was the time my mother slammed my thumb in a car door and split my thumb nail in about five pieces-don't know how I survived not having a broken thumb. i was riding my bike to school when i was 13..and it was a crazy road..all cars and bikes, and motorbicyles where going all ways. i almost hit into this other school girl going the other way on this big road. it was her fault ,so i turn my head back as she past. and in front of me some guy on a motorcycles was going against my way and i hit into him and fell a couple of metres ahead. i scraped my hip pretty badly, there were asphalt stones in the wound..that was such a nice day at first until this happened. but i am ok now..16 and AliVe!1! woohoo! i also had stitches on my chin. i was 4 years old and i wore these gloves with strings attatching them both together so i dont lose them. me and my sister were playing with a sticky ball and she threw it so it stuck on the wall. i ran to it and my glove all of a sudden wrapped itself round the door handle and i swung round with force onto the corner of the door, spliting my chin open. also, i had once stabbed my knee with scissors (mustve been around six then) i still have both scars... evil memories lol and once, when i was 15, i was going out with this boy. he was tickling me, and i, being very ticklish, fell backwards on his bed, knocked his wall shelf which had a pile of my collection of foreign coins and an african (i think) penny, which was rather big, fell into my mouth. in shock, i swallowed it and it didnt go down. in fact i had to go hospital. oh, the ambulance had fun taking the pee out of me. they said to me "don't worry, we have spare change in case you get hungry" everyone had a laugh about it lol i had jokes like: "if i pull your arm down like this, will i win the jackpot?" and i was called a piggy bank. and a lovely woman named susan (whom i didnt know) had given me a stuffed pig toy, (since i was in the children's ward) which i assume was their idea of a little joke. haha |
