Radar detector that 'locks' onto mounting bracket and mounting bracket with good suction cups?

I am looking for an inexpensive radar detector to mount on my motorcyle (i fear it falling off and breaking on the road so i don't want an expensive one.) but because its on a bike i want one that has a secure suction cups and on that actually locks onto the bracket (like my escort passport 8500 x50). anyone seen some radar detectors like that?

I recommend using RTV or gasket sealant. You can attach the detector pretty much any where you want but when you want to remove it, it will not affect the finish. The majority of all sealers just rub off with a dry rag with very little work.
I am sure more detecotr "lock" into their bracket if you get a cheap radar detector expect cheap performance.

You might want to look into one of these mounts for your motorcycle

The mount is the best thing you can get to mount your detector to your bike!

If you want a cheap detector with decent peroformance that locks into the mount get the BEL 895 from radio shack it's $200 and can compete with the escort x50 in performance
