Xj600n problems all fixed.? |
thanks for helping me in the past. My xj600n has had various problems in regards to lack of power, starting rough, back firing in right exhaust and throttal always at the fullest and only getting 80ish mph. Anyway 拢92 job done. bills states ' stripped out carbs and cleaned. number 3 needle jet fully blocked. re fitted carbs and ballanced. fitted new air filter' when i picked it up, this bike started 1st time and it sounded like an electronic hum. i layed off the choke and the idle rev needle stayed in one place, no jumping . fantastic. I set off from the car park and the engine felt so smooth. i got onto the main road and thought i would stay low revs til she warmed up, and i had reached the dual carrage way, as i knew the best way to see how much bhp i had gained would be on a 0 - 70mph road. My god, it is a Blade engine. 1st, 2nd, 3rd is unbelievabe. it even pulls in 5th. at 8k revs my power band is back and it bursts out this speed and i have to hold on. Love it!
