I'm looking for a new/used bike under $300. What should I look for in a bike in this price range? |
I'm aware that a bike in this price range isn't a top end bike but I'd like to make a somewhat informed choice being completly ignorant of how to differentiate between them. What advice can you give me? Used would be the way to get the best value. Also check out the police auctions in your area (I just missed the last one around here durnit). dick's and galleons both have great bikes, some even under 100 dollars. their sales people will help you pick the right bike for you. dont no where u live but value fo money bikes in the uk you should take a look at some of the carrera road/ hybrid bikes, for the price beats most other brands on spec.. also you can get good deals on the old 07 models! Try www.craigslist.org they have a good bikes that are under $300 |
