DS bike and fire roads? |
I was looking on Google earth and found some nice fire roads around my town is it legal to take my DS down these? I know some are blocked by a gate in the next town over but if there is no gate or signs is it cool. I noticed some of these trails start at the dead end of small developments and others start at what looks to be a dirt parking lot off the side of the road. One of them has a single camp or house on a lake and the trail connects to two back roads. Would this be considered a private road? Most of these roads are in a state forest. Sometimes there will be private property within a state forest, so you'll just have to go check out the area and see if there's fences, or signs stating it's private, or 'no trespassing'. it's against the law to ride on them.these roads are fire breaks, all roads are property of who ownes the land. Check with the landowner.. even if it is the town.. Like they said private property Cuz |
