They can use both the road and moderate offroading. Great for... you guessed it: Commuting. I went through the same thing a few years ago & got myself what you would call a hybrid bike - one suitable for roads & trails without too much heavy jumping or stuff like that. Do get one with gears though as you don't want to make life too hard for yourself & you can then monitor your improvements as you increase fitness. |
