What do you think about this bike? Is it worth it? pic?

It will be used for casual rides with my girlfriend. Some off road, some ruts and little jumps and such, but not to hard. What do you think?

That bike is a peice of junk.
None of the components are up to par with bare minimum standards and is heavy as a brick.
If you buy it make sure that you tighten every nut and bolt,as well make damned sure the seat is tight.
That bike was not made for jumping anything.
Put slicks on it and commute.
But,...the best bike is always one that works so make sure that it is tuned properly.
Bottom line ,that is not a mountain bike[mtb],that is an atb.All terrain bicycle,just cause it has grippy tires and a shock.Truth.

p.s. driving a heavy high tensile steel framed bike with crap components will get you in shape

I would avoid the bike especially if you don't work on them yourself.

It is up to you, but that bike is intended for onroad only despite it's appearance.

May I strongly suggest you make sure it is the right size for her frame...a bike that is either too big or too small is not fun to ride, no matter how long the ride or the quality of the bike.

real bikes don't sell for $139, unless they are used. i didn't even know kaw asaki was putting their name on bicycles. why would they associate themselves with cheap low-end ones? stay away--get a better quality used bike from ebay or craigslist.

It's worth about $50. Any bike like that that isn't 21 speed, is of low quality.
