I've got a road bike with tubular tyre wheels, 25 inch diameter, what size and brand tyre will fit?

You have 700c rims. Any brand will fit as long as you get the correct size. Normal tubular sizes for a road bike is 700x18 to 700x25. 700x23 is most popular.

Nice long wearing tire. Use glue or the pressure sensitive tape, not the old style regular double sided tape. If you glue -- clean the rim first. apply a bead of glue edge to edge on the rim -- lighter in the spoke hole middle. The edges hold the tire more. While that is drying, inflate your tire to about 25 -30 psi off the rim. A little stretch on a new tubular helps to mount it. I leave it inflated when applying the glue to the tire rim strip. Deflate the tire and start at the valve to mount. Work quickly and reposition as necessary to have the tubular straight on the rim before inflating as the pressure helps set the glue. Pump them to max pressure and wait at least 4 hours before riding. I do mine the night before -- that's why I hate flats on the road on a tubular. Pressure sensitive tape should be in your bag for the road.
