Which exercise bike is better for overall body workout, recumbent or upright and which is better for joints?



heard that a exercise bike is a good way for people who can't run to get a good cardio workout, lose weight and tone stomach

recumbent is easier on the back, otherwise upright is preferred because you work all your leg muscles more efficiently than a recumbent. Both are easy on knees/hips
for me i like the upright but im just a kid. neither one really hurt my joints but i prefer the upright.
