Where can i get a recumbent bike in the uk? |
gold rush, stratus The best person in the UK to ask about recumbents is a chap called Kevin Dunseath. No website but you can email him on dtekhpvs@btconnect.com and he knows everything about recumbents. I bought my recumbent trike from him and many people on the British Human Powered Club recommend him for bikes and trikes. By the way, I have no connection with Kevin so this is unbiased info, based on how impressed I was when I met him. Either that, or contact the British Human Power club for their advice. Contact the manufacturers directly and ask questions. They may know of a distributor near you, or they may know how you can import one yourself. Easyracers seems to prefer selling direct to customers! You may be able to avoid import taxes by ordering separate parts (frame kit.) Thats down to the rider |
