Is it safe to workout when pregnant, like kickboxing videos, strength machines, recumbent bike or slim in 6??? |
I just found out I am pregnant (like 1 month far) and was planning to order slim in 6, turbojam, the beachbody hiphop series, or something else to drop inches and pounds. I am not planning to do anything unhealthy, I just figured I would continue eating healthy (whatever i can hold down) and workout. What can I do and what is out of the question? It's ok to work out, but don't do anything vigorous like that. Walk at a brisk pace is the best solution. If you're to vigorous, that could hurt the baby. No problem and congratulations on the baby. Report Abuse i would think no but consult a docter BEFORE you do anything! plz this way nothing happens to the baby!!! Just eat healthy and everything will be ok |
