Does anyone know where I can get info on Tour Easy Recumbent Bikes? I've tried google searching but can't find much info. I like my recumbent bike better than the upright. It is easier to have your hands free for a book and you can support your back better. I use mine to play video games on my xbox while I bike.... You have to take the entire outside panels off. Then you can remount the chain, similar to the way you would put a dropped chain off a single speed bike. Then if you look you will see tensioners ... One of two things... Either you are gaining muscle mass or you are gaining fat mass. This site will tell you how many calories you should eat. Type in your target weight. Pick an activity lev... how could you not? ...Squats. If you do many reps with a low weight, they will tone, rather than build. If I have to choose from your though, I would say elliptical or recumbent bike. ...If you eat right too, you'll definitely lose fat. Thats a lot of good cardio so it sounds really good.
