Will I lose weight if I...?


-If I start running on my treadmill one hour a day. (In 2, 30 minute intervals)
-Drink 10 8oz. cups of water
-Eat no candy, sugary foods, no soda, no chips, cookies, etc...

my only weakness is that I love grinders.. but I figure Subway's is healthy right? (with mustard?)

Will this work!? .. If not, what else do yall suggest?!?!

Also, one more thing... what's better for losing weight.. A treadmill, recumbent exercise bike, or elliptical trainer.!?.

how could you not?

you will lose weight as long as you burn more calories than you consume. any of those machines are nice; just go with the one you enjoy most!

treadmill burns the most calories. and it might behard to do the whole 2, 30 minute interval thing on the treadmill every day so try mixing it up..one day listen to rockin' music and the next watch your favorite show or movie...

Don't overdo it on the water. If you drink a lot of excess water it will expand your stomach/keep it expanded. Plus all that extra water weight will make it hard to run. But otherwise, you have a good plan. Don't forget to reward yourself a little with some dark chocolate or an occasional treat.
