How much weight would I lose?


In your opinion how much weight do you think I would lose if I followed this plan. By the way I am 5'7 and 186 pounds

Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Carrots and Almonds
Dinner: Large salad with a little dressing
Snack: Fruit and nut bars, fruit, veggies

I would also drink 10 10ounce glasses of water a day.

Exercise:
45min. on recumbent bike
2 mile walk
Arm and stomach exercises

How much weight would I lose on this in...
one week?
two weeks?
one month?

Please no answers about how you think its unhealthy.

One week-About 2 pounds
2 weeks-About 5 pounds(total so far)
One month- 7-9 pounds.

You wouldn't be eating enough calories. In order to lose weight, you need to eat enough calories. You can only lose what you consume. go to http://www.mypyramid.gov and look for a nutrition sheet on how much of each food group you should eat a day. If you go on that diet, you will be hurting your metabolism. If you really want to lose weight, eat right and excersise. Try going to http://www.sparkpeople.com for guidance on your journey to losing weight.

Not sure...but are you getting enough calories?
I realize you said not to say anything about it being unhealthy, but do you realize there's a reason WHY they're unhealthy? They screw up your metabolism and you'll end up gaining all of it back and more.

lose at least48 lbs

in a week u'll lose up to 8-9 pounds....
and in 1 month u'll lose 36 pounds, around there ya!
but make sure you drink alot of water than because i did a diet like yours and i fainted couple of times... but water helps you not faint... but when you don't get enough of water you faint and its not healthy but hay , you'll be skinny and hot?! hhuuh... until u get in shape and after that you'll prob. eat normal again but exercise and won't gain a gut! :) gud luck hun love nati <3
