do they really give you bigger legs?
how long does it take? Hi,
I have ridden an upright for years, and now have a high-racer recumbent. Both types of bikes build leg muscle. However, on the bent, you will use those muscles differently. Your legs/muscles will take at least two-three months to become acclimated to the bent. Your muscles will not necessarily become larger from a bent as opposed to an upright.
Sincerely,
Cycleman actually it's the opposite sitting down gives you more levredge on flat land riding I thought the upright gives you bigger legs. I am currently using a recumbent and my legs haven't seem to get any bigger. It really works out your butt though.
Btw, a way to avoid bigger legs is stretching before and after you work out. |
