Serious problem!!! please help?

razor scooter back tire popped (the razor pocket mod that lookd like a mini moped) and i cant take it off to replace it. how do i do it????

The easy way would be to buy a can of "Tyre Weld" this product sends some foam like material into the tyre and it then comes out the leaks, setting and repairing them. I used this on my car 10 years ago and the tyre is still going strong
