I was doing my paper route on my electric scooter (Razor E-125) and it started to go slow with a very strange noise sounding like er-er-er-er but in a screaching noise...So I took it out for a look and I looked all over it on the bottom, plugged it in thinking it was the battery, came back to it 1 day later noticing it's not the battery, it was doing all the same stuff, going slow with a very odd noise...and i have been doing my paper route on foot in 105 degree weather and I am roasting...Please please please help! Sounds like you have a bearing that is bad or something rubbing against a moving part. If you can't see anything rubbing, then it is probably a bearing. This would make noise and the added friction would slow you down. |
