My son is very young but fearless and very into his cars does anyone know how to get him into race car driving

he is 4 so has plenty of time but can already ride a quad bike (hes tall) alone so i was hopoing to maybe get him doing go kart racing and then go from there but does anyone know of anywhere that trains young children ? cheers !

You say he`s "fearless"!
Be very careful, as any racer will tell you, "If your not frightened, you`ll soon be dead". Or to put it another way, "There`s old racers and bold racers, but there are NO old bold racers " !
Karting is probably the best way to start him off, BUT , only go to recognised schools and clubs, don`t take him to a car park and just let him loose. Do some research before making any decision

Start at www.ekartingnews.com. There's tons of info on there about karting. Also check out www.tsracing.com. Be sure to check the "new to karting" section on both sites. Kid Karts start at age 5. If he likes it, he can work his way up from there. If you get into it, BUY USED equipment and DON"T BUY ONLINE! (Ebay, etc.) You can get a good used KidKart for $1000 or less, plus a few hundred for the safety gear. TS Racing's site has a list of kart tracks, by state. Find the one nearest you and go to a race. Ask lots of questions at the track and find out where your local kart shops are. Email me if you have any other questions. GOOD LUCK!

If he needs training then he's not good enough. Just give him a few hours every weekend on a kart track and let him learn himself.
