For the people who answered my last question?

You guys had a lot of questions to so I will answer them like how do I have the time to do this? it actually doesn鈥檛 take to long at all like today I biked 7 miles and it took me 35,40 minutes and running a1mile and 1/2 takes what 15 minutes at most and stretches take me 20 minutes so it takes about a little over an hour and 1/2. Yes I eat meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner like today I ate a chicken broccoli salad for lunch. And no I'm not an athlete I do ride quads and horses. and for the people who think I鈥檓 lying I鈥檓 not its not that hard to keep on top of something like this and it makes it even easier because I like doing this stuff it makes you feel good

So thanks for the advice and I will start eating more for breakfast
