French trip worries again? (Girl problems)?

(Thanks to all the people that answered the last one it was very helpful!)

I have another worry about this 5 day trip to France :[ I am due to have my periods as soon as we leave, and the activities planned for the trip include - Quad Biking, Rock Climbing, Archery and SWIMMING!!! Its going to be a nightmare because we will be in the middle of nowhere with no toilets near by! I also hate using tampons because they really hurt me :[ WHAT SHOULD I DO!!! :'[ :'[

pack some pads and wipes. and air planes have pads available in their bathrooms.
vagisil makes wipes for cleaning purposes. so you can buy some of those.

tampons are nice because they keep you feeling fresh.
you can go out and buy some smaller ones. they have skinnier ones, if regulars hurt you. and if inserted properly, you shouldnt even feel them. id suggest buying some smaller tampons and bringing those too.

also, for swimming, most girls' periods stop for a bit while they're in the water. but they'll start when you get out. so try tampons just incase.

Try the junior size tampon by Tampax with a plastic applicator.
Bring more than enough sanitary supplies with you as it can be difficult to find feminine products in Europe like you are used to.

Second option, bring a big box supply of pads and ziploc baggies and Kleenex. When you are in the middle of nowhere put the used pad in a ziploc baggy wrapped in Kleenex. Pack it out and dispose of it when you get back to civilation.
You won't be able to go swimming.

I would skip the swimming.

You can buy pads and I like using Summer's Eve wipes (they come individually wrapped, great for travel) to have a cleaner feeling. I would also bring some plastic grocery bags to use as a trash can for your pads.

Having your period and traveling is a pain in the butt, especially when you don't have the comforts of home, but you'll survive.

Have a great trip.

Cry off the swimming day with a headache! Read a good book or listen to music and rest instead.

Pack pads and baby wipes. Try the thin, light tampons too.
