Raptor 700 or yfz450??????????? |
im going to buy a sports quad, ive had about 4 years experience on quads. because i live on a farm we've owned a honda 400 (farm quad) and now we have a bombardier 800 which we have had for 2 years. ive also owned 2 dirtbikes, first i had honda xr70 and now i have a honda crf150 (expert). i want to trade my crf in for a sport quad but dont know if i should a 700 or 450. my reasons for getting a 450: less power and it is lighter. why i dont want one: no reverse. im thinking of a 700 because: fuel injected, reverse and more comfortable to ride. keep in mind that i live on a farm and i don't plan on racing at all, also i feel 100% confident on the bombardier 800 and never had one accident. im thinking i can trade my bike in (crf) for about $5,000AUD, the yfz450 cost around $12,500AUD which is why im thinking of getting it because of the price, does anyone know the price of the 700 in australian currency? so basically what do you think i should with information ive given? thanks I would suggest the 700 reverse is quite important espically if you get your self stuck , 4 wheelers are a ***** to push uphill or through mud I agree with Don, reverse is quite a handy little feature if you happen upon an obstacle you can't go over or around. 700 Get the 700, awesome trail wheeler. |
