Is Kavos (Corfu) All night clubs and shitty Beaches? |
Looking to book my holiday with my mate very soon (only two of us) but not sure what to expect from Kavos? Does any one know if Kavos is just about raving and clubbing? i dont mind that but not in to it hardcore, during the day would like to chill on the beach. How are the beaches there like? are they sandy? or Pebbles? And does any one know if you can hire out quad bikes there with a UK Provisional License? Well at nights they say you find a lot of drunk English people there... Most beaches of Corfu are sandy. There is also a really nice beach pretty close to Kavos. There is the crowded part and the calm relaxing part. The beach is about 3-4km long, sandy and clean. It is called Aghios Georgios and it is about 10-15km max from Kavos. It is really worth it to drive around the whole island, it is really beautiful and it has great beaches. :) ive been to corfu twice the town is nice and clean but the beaches can be dirty although they are sandy its busy and they have quads but not sure about the license issue http://www.kavos-guide.gr/en http://www.kavos.biz/ |
