Theft problem,i own a motocross track,borders a small highway,&old railroad track.what cost effective deterent |
what cost effective deterrent can i use. i can see some of the track from my upstairs bedroom window. there is constant action at my track like quads&bikes.even vehicles going across tabletops etc. so far the thieving has been haybale covers & hammocks.ive no electric there yet and money is hard to come by. since riding is free for everyone.ive thought of a couple like... 1.some sort of fence 2.a dog 3.digital trail cameras 4.infared or motion lights 5.critter getters (used for beehives to keep bears away) 6.propane cannons Sounds like you like people to use track, I think I would put up some faux video cameras. Ya know, the cheap ones that are battery powered before I put up the real thing and see if it has any effect. Kind of a test to see if it has any effect. Actually you are probably liable for any injuries on your unfenced property. A chain link fence and keep out signs and dogs. |
