Can a r1 bike engine fit in a raptor quad bike? if you have the fabrication skills and the money. why? are you nuts.. an r1 can do speeds of close on 200mph and you want to put it in a quad? quick way to die if you ask me yes it can but u need the money If you have time, money, and fabrication skills you can fit almost any engine into almost any chassis. Good luck! If you've got the fabrication skills and technical know-how, it's quite feasible. I've seen a quad fitted with a Ducati 750 Monster engine, and a trials bike with a Kawasaki Z1300 engine. Go for it! i dont no but that would be a helish quad you would prob have to change the brakes to stop the thing tho you can fit anything you want if you have the tools. i have a gsxr1100 on my go kart i had to change over to golfkart wheels because the motor at takeoff would blow the back tires right off the rim www.myspace.com/jimmycody |
