Will I be billed for the ambulence?

I was in an accident, I bumped a motorcycle at a stop sign. Noone hurt thank god. An ambulence came and looked at the lady on the bike, she is ok and didnt go to the hospital. I wanted to pay for the damage out of pocket, but will I be billed for this?

Not sure but whether or not you are billed I would let your insurance pay for as much as they will pay because whether or not you pay out of pocket your insurance will still go up.

The EMS agency will bill her, she can then sue you or your insurance company to recoup the money.
Whether the ambulance bills will be up to the specific agency. Not all services bill, some only bill non-residents, while others bill everyone. Also many agencies are starting to bill for sign-offs (no transports)- generally 50%-75% of a BLS transport to cover the cost of personnel, fuel, mileage, etc.
Several of the agencies (both commercial & volunteer) I've worked for charged everyone, including sign-offs.

They will bill her. She may, in turn, file it with your insurance, which is right, since you were at fault. If you want to just pay her bill, contact the EMS billing office. But talk to your insurer first. They would prefer to handle it and see that in accepting it she signs over any right to sue them for more. It is generally a "treat and release" fee, smaller than a transport, but still maybe multiple hundreds. Not all service charge for a no-transport.

If no one was transported in the ambulance, then there should be no charges. The ambulance comes as part of the response team just like the police.

I would like to add a word of caution. Folks, please be cognizant of bike riders sharing the road! I'm really glad that no one was hurt.

People are only billed if they are transported to the hospital. If the ambulance checks and not transport then you shouls not be billed.

i don't know, I don't think so.
