Pocket bike major fuel flooding?

I got a 49cc pocket bike with a brand new carby which i installed my self ran fine for about 20 minutes till the tank was empty so i filled it up. every time i try to start it now fuel goes everywhere, pisses out the exhaust [where exhaust meets the cylinder] and a even goes back to the air filter. Thinking it might be a piston problem i took the cylinder of and the piston looks ok but noticed a lot of oil or fuel at the bottom of the crank case which iam not to sure is normal. Please can any1 help me find what would cuase the fuel overload.

The carby mite not be tuned correctly, its probly lettin in 2 much fuel.
Theres usually a screw on the carby by turning it it will adjust how much fuel u let in2 the engine
