My X7-R1 pocket bike wont electrik start plz help?

i hav a 110cc 4-stroke manual with no clutch X7/R1 pocket bike that wont electric start. im a first time pocket bike user so im not too good with them. wen i push the electric start button nothing happens no sound n i cant turn the lights on wen my bikes engine isnt running. but yesturday i found its charger plugged it in then turned the key n the spedo light came on and i could turn on the lights and everything. so i held the brake n made sure i was in nutral then pushed the elecric start button n it started to make a noise . i charged it all night but wen i take the charger out n put the key in no lights will go on n the electric start wont work. so plz can u guys tell me the proper way to electric start a manual pocket bike n how long i should charge the battery for ?

check the connections on the battery, if that doesn't work, get a new battery...

May need a new battery.
They don't last forever.
Especially if it wasn't properly maintained during a long time in storage, like sitting all winter.
Purchase a "hydrometer" from an auto parts store - less than $10
Check the "specific gravity" of the battery acid.
