Ive got a pocket rocket bike its a chinese one and i cant start it up would anyone know whats wrong?

I'll skip the negative dissertations on Chinese-made bikes.

A bike needs 4 things to run:
1. compression
2. spark
3. proper fuel/air mixture
4. correct timing

Newer bikes the timing is not adjustable. That doesn't mean it can't be out of whack though. Timing chains can stretch, or slip a cog, etc.

Start with fuel/air. Make sure fuel is reaching the cylinder first of all. You can tell if it is by checking the spark plug immediately after trying to start the motor. If the plug is wet and smells of gas, fuel is there. This doesn't mean the mixture is correct though.

Spark can be checked by removing the plug (with the wire still attached of course) and holding it about one cm from the crankcase while cranking the engine. If it has a nice bluish spark, it's sparking properly.

Compression needs a compression gauge to check it properly. Get one and see if the proper compression builds up when you crank the engine. You would have to check a manual or ask a shop for the proper compression of a pocket rocket. Maybe around 10 - 15 kg/cm3 (150 - 200psi)

Fuel/air mixture is a difficult area to diagnose. Carburettors are tricky to say the least. Vacuum leaks between the carburettor and the inlets can be a problem too. I wouldn't attempt a carb job without the service manual.
