like when a go kart or a pocket bike states that it is a automatic, but a semi-clutch.
they are called "semi-centrifugal chutches"
look like a drum brake system.two shoes ,on a flywheel set up inside a drum, the more RPM the harder the C- force pushes the shoes into the drum, thus turning the drum the same or close to eng rpm, the drum has a drive gear connent to your rear wheel via the gear mounted to the hub, rev her up and off you go. i think you mean sentrifical clutch. which is kind of an automatic in which you shift the gears but you don't have to hit the clutch. The thing is that in the prcoess in which you hit the shifter to change gears the clutch works itself in order to be able to shift.
