i want a gas mini bike that a 5'3 guy can ride.

you can ride it i am 6'0 i have two they are extremly fun you can make them fast mine has been bored and ported top speed of about 35 mph may sound slow but on a bike smaller than my 2 year old's bicycle its not

Well although you CAN ride these bikes, if I were in your shoes,I wouldn't.
Tell me why you wanna ride these and for what purpose?
Are you gonna fo mini-bike racings?
or you wanna ride it in an isolated beach?
I hope you don't mean you wanna ride them on the streets.
Maaaan, these are as big as a 3-year-old-kid's tricycles.
And moreover, they are not street legal.
So if you are worried about your hight and you want to be a rider, I suggest you buy a chopper or a cruiser.
Kawa Vulcane 550 are Yamaha Virago 535 are affordable.
You can go for big boys too.
For example you can buy a Honda Valkyrie with a 1800cc engin. It's a cruiser
All these bikes have low rider seats which allow not very tall guys ride them comfortably.
So no worries.
Just go to any Motor bike manufacturer website and look for Choppers or Cruisers.
That'd help you find a low seat rider.
