Are super pocket bikes legal in massachusetts? all of these people are full of crap the truth is pocket bikes are street legal everywere but california if they meet the following standards. the bike must have DOT approved headlight at least 22 inches from the ground, turn signals, brake light, 50cc or larger engine, registered at local dmv, rider must have a m1 license, and wear DOT approved helmet. i dont recomend driving it on the road though people dont seem to notice you on normal size bike as it is. by the way here is a website that does have a couple models that meet this criteria and go as fast as 70 mph Source(s): http://www.minipocketrockets.com... Not for use on the street. hell no! they will take them from you especially around boston no helmet too forget about it kid your highly illegal personal 3 min tryout down the road and back no, nada, nein, nyet....they cannot be registered for the street. save yer money and get a real bike. u could ignore this advice and find out the hard way....the cops will confiscate this bike if u are caught riding on the street...that is, if a cage doesnt splatter u all over the road from definately not being able to see u. |
