The Pain of Tattoos.?

Im gettin the inside of my upper arms done.

So im gettin both arms done in the inside part where it would be facing the arm pit.

Does anyone know the pain.

[[ i've felt the following pain]]

Hit with a belt!
Hit with a Cord
Hit wit a Baseball in the side
Hit by a 340 pound lineman
Ran over by a bike
slammed my fingers in a Car & Home Door.
Shot with a BB gun in my side

Does any of those compare to the pain of a tattoo?

Needles poking in and out of you rapidly at first, burning, then feeling like the needle is just being drug along your arm very slowly, burning lots of burning, your arm begins to feel tense, then your arm begins to hurt from being or feeling so tense. Good Luck, it hurts like hell getting it done but you feel like superman when you are done, if you get done!!!!!

Near the arm pit is very painful due to the proximity to the lymph nodes, if you are nervous about being in excruciating pain, move the tattoo down an inch to avoid the pit.
Hit with a belt- Imagine it happening over and over in the same spot
Hit with a cord- see hit with a belt
Hit with a baseball- That is more of a dull ache, getting tattooed, for me, felt like they were ripping my skin apart. (they kind of were)
Hit by a lineman- completely different categories of pain
Ran over by a bike- see hit by a lineman
Slammed fingers in a car door- I have done this as well as getting tattooed, fingers in the car door seemed worse and was much more of an inconvenience, but as least it was over in a few seconds.
Hit with a BB gun- now that's a very similar pain to a tattoo, that feeling your skin is being torn and irritated. imagine this pain being repetitive.

But really, it's not that bad and you will enjoy the tattoo forever, the pain will go away.

Burns pretty bad especially in spots like that. I had the back of my arm done and it hurt pretty good but I hear the inside of the arm is even worse. I did my other arm and after a while my arm just went numb from the constant poking of the needle going in and out. Depends on how good your pain tolerancy. I've heard of people that started tattoos and couldn't finish them because they hurt so bad. You should be fine though, just don't jump when the needle touch you unless you want a permanent mistake on your body.

it felt to me like someone stuck a needle in my 7 layers of skin then drug it to tear the skin.... hurt alot but that was on my back down my spine and between my shoulderblades.... but every1 is different

probably not as bad as most of those. because its on the inside of ur arm it may hurt abt more but i would compare it to haveing a compass scrapped on ur skin :)

to me it felt like scraping a sunburn...
maybe the after sting of a bb gun :)
haha idk, i haven't felt that

maybe the bb gun. It just burns more than anything to me.

wow!?
