Why some suspension fork on mountain bike have '80mm-130mm' ?

why some suspension fork on mountain bike have '80mm-130mm' ? does that means that you can adjust the length of suspension?

Yes... some suspension fork allow thru a dial to change the length of the fork. If you see those numbers it means that you can dial your fork on 80mm for climbs and then to 130 (or less) for downhills. And you don't need to take the fork appart to do it.

Some brands (like Fox) has like 3 settings (100, 120, 140), some have any setting in between (from 100 to 130), or whatever.Yes. Usually it is 85 - 115mm these days. You need to take the fork apart to change the setting though.
It depends on the fork. You may be able to adjust the suspension by an external knob or lever, or you may have to take the fork apart to adjust the internal spacers.
