Where's a good place to open a mountain bike shop?


My husband and I are considering opening a mountain bike shop, what locations would you suggest?

On a mountain where there is not already a mountain bike shop.
By the mountains.

The Rockies or the Appalachians.

A good place would be in Richton Park right on Sauk Trail because there's where you'll get a lot of customers.
Banff or Waterton Alberta....
Big Bear Mountain in California, Mammouth Mt. you know, the mountains!
North Carolina or upstate South Carolina
