What Mountain Bike Size Should I Get?


Okay, so i'm a 15 year old dude thats 5'9". Do you think i can use a small bike like that size of an average bmx bike, but with gears? I just want a small bike but with gears.

If I was you I would go with 19" mountain bike. I am 5'11" and I ride a 19". You have more to grow yet so you won't outgrow the 19 so quickly.

And no, you wouldn't be comfortable on a small bike the size of a bmx bike.
best thing to do: go to your local bike shop and get fitted
if you want a freeride style bike that you can use on the trail i would say like a specialize p2 or a giant stp. get like a 15 or 16 inch. or a sm/med frame.
