What Mountain Bike would you recommend? |
Hi there, I have been looking for a new MTB, I have my eyes set on the TREK 6000. What do you guys and gals think about this bike, or what would you recommend. The TREK 6000 is a great bike, you might also want to check out some Giants, I have found that Giant has a wider array of bikes to fit you for what kind of riding you want to do and they wont totally break the bank. Go down to you local bike shop and ask about the differnt Giants they have bikes built for everything from comfort riding to trail or cross country riding, I'm sure the shop will let you ride a few around. Giants usually run from $350 on up to $900 on average, they have a few more that run higher than that, but that's outta my price range. looks tight. becarefull of tail whipping. Specialized has a lot of different styles and levels to choose from, depending on your riding and your budget. They are well built. Trek is a good name, but stay away from Diamondback and Raleigh. http://www.specialized.com Tassajara by gary fisher!! Pirahna by gary fisher!! Hardrock pro disc by SPECIALIZED the 6,000 is a nice bike, it has decent components. if ur on a budget, that is a great choice... you might do well with the gary fisher marlin, or any hardtail from specialized or diamondback.
