Whats the term for a mountain bike.....? |
with no suspension... ive had a couple bikes with suspension and i dont like it because it pushes the bike down and makes it smaller then it really is... (i'm 6'11 smaller= bad) and when i go around to bike shops i dont want to look like an idiot xD With only front suspension, hardtail. Without any suspension, fully rigid. It is called rigid, however if the bike compresses under your weight it is probably because the shocks are not properly adjusted. You need a shock with more tension if you are that big. You can certainly ride a dual if that's what you want. rigid. and if you get a hardtail w/ a short travel front fork you should be ok. some bike companies make bikes for bigger guys. I agree with the 3 previous posters. Don't give up on bikes with suspensions! Check out Kona Hoss, specially made with big dudes in mind. |
