How to air up a mountain bike tires?

mine are flat but i just put new tubes in 2day like an hour but i do not know how to air up the bike tires HELPPP!!!!!!!

You need a bike pump. I use the foot pumps theyre the best for me. Just attach the valve on the pump to the little valve (with the cap off) on the bike tire and pump. Easy. ;] Bike pumps are like 20 bucks or so. Maybe less. Check Target.

a couple of things, you could have thorns in your tire, that caused another hole in your tubes. you can get a tire liner, or self sealing tubes, but they are heavy

There are a few things to check when changing your inner tubes. Check the insides of the tyres, there may be thorns or sharpe objects lodged in the tyre which will puncture the new tube as soon as you inflate it. Also check the insides of the rims. Sometimes the spokes have sharpe ends that will puncture the tubes. To solve this, you can either buy some lining tape, alternatively you can use black tape from a DIY shop, just wrap it around a few times. When you've checked this, and you put your tubes back in, slightly inflate them so that you don't get any twists inside after putting the tyre back on. Then use any pump with the right valve fitting to inflate the tyre. If you're unsure what valve you have, your local bike shop should be able to help. Most pumps are able to inflate either valve. Spending slightly more, you can get pumps with a pressure guage on. The tyres should have a recommended psi that you inflate to. When on rides, you could always go for a CO2 cannister, but these are normally used by people doing races. Or lazy people! Again, any problems and your local bike shop should be able to give you the right equipment and any helpful advice.
