but it still pulls the cable covers not just the cable like it should ive never had this problem before and i work on bikes all the time so what do i do It is kind of hard to understand your question, but I think you might of cut your cable housing too short or you need to also use new inner cable with the new housing. Hummm? Hope this helps. = o Reword that question in English ! so it pulls the shifter housing, but doesnt move the shifter? have you checked to see if the little metal shifting boses were broken? the bosses are the part of the frame where the cable goes that doenst have cable housing on it. |
