Best Mountain Bike for the money! Trek or Specialized?


Easy question for those that know...
-Specialized Hardrock Disc or
-Trek 6000
Both around $600

I would pick the Trek 6000. The Hardrock Disc and Comp Disc use some lower-end components. The Hardrock Pro is awesome, but it's more like $850. The Trek 6000 has Deore stuff on it, 27 speed, and a Rock Shox fork. Not bad for $600.
i have a rockhopper and i like it alot so i would pick the specialized
