Tune a mountain bike?

If you have adjustable pressure forks you can either put more pressure in or release it depending on the terrain you're going on. In other words do you want more or less travel. Same thing with tire pressure. But always take care of your chain. Clean it and put a good lube on it.

How do you tune it? Take it to your local bike shop spend the $30-50 to get a basic tune up. Do this minimum twice a year for best results.
